Celtics Analysis: Coming off a close 4-point win
A non-contact injury to Kristaps Porzingis caused him to go down during the game four victory in Miami. It was first thought to be either an achilles or calf damage. Boston’s chances of making the playoffs may be significantly impacted by the official diagnosis, which they will have to wait to learn. With or without Porzingis, Boston is a strong favorite to defeat Miami, but losing their 7’2 center might be a major setback for the club going ahead. The incredible performance Derrick White had in game four—he went 8–15 from three-point range and concluded with 38 points in the victory—should not be overshadowed by the news of his injury.
