The Colorado Rapids suffered a 2-1 loss to FC Cincinnati away from home at TQL Stadium. Just before halftime, reigning MLS MVP Luciano Acosta opened the score, and in the 64th minute, Corey Baird completed another opportunity for the home team. After a corner kick by Djordje Mihailovic, Rapids defender Moise Bombito scored his second goal of the season and Mihailovic’s fourth assist of the campaign to give Colorado a response in the 72nd minute. During this encounter against FC Cincinnati, D Moise Bombito exceeded his single-season career high (8 starts) for regular-season starts in Major League Soccer. M Djordje Mihailovic has led the team in assists this season with four after recording an assist in back-to-back games.
